The use of Executive Orders (EO) goes back to the first President, George Washington. Every chief executive has issued them since then. Some have been historic, but the latest Executive Orders of President Obama are downright scary.

The Executive Order signed on June 25 is titled “ Russian Highly Enriched Uranium” and offers as its justification the fact that “the accumulation of a large volume of weapons-usable fissile material in the territory of the Russian Federal continues to constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.”

A national emergency? Over Russian nuclear material?

  1. I have read this “law”, several times. It is akin to powers created by the British Parliament in 1939. People were forced from their farms if they did not meet quota set by local committees. Others were moved from their homes to create airfields. Villages were ( still are! ) abandoned to create vast military training areas. The gentry were hoofed out of their mansions that were confiscated for “national war purposes”. Men, well we know of conscription and its evil.

The difference? Britain faced invasion. Twenty miles over the channel evil waited, funnily an evil created and funded by our favourite banking families.

If I were American, well, I would not sleep at night. Knowing a lunatic, another in a long line of lunatics, had his finger on a nuclear button.

    • it is another hint towards the coming war.The legal system, civil rights need to be adjusted so the big Government monster knows the rules of the game before the dice are thrown.

      • At my age, I look at ways to resist. I will and do, at every turn and twist. Now, well it is the way of Ghandi for me, peaceful and none violent. In every aspect of my life. I will continue to educate, exercise my rights as a freeborn Englishman. Mainly I will not comply with their laws, the creations of a corrupt and morally bankrupt Parliament.

Encourage others of like mind, there are many. Together, well, let us see what we can save from the ashes. A dear friend of mine has a wonderful mantra. “Better to live a dangerous freedom than as a slave”.
